That just totally sucks, bigtime! I thought CalBar had a policy that they would re-read and re-score if they had a score that close... Obviously not, if yours didn't make it. Good luck on this one. It's been one hell of a ride so far... 24 hours to go... :0)

Regardless of all that is wonderful, I got smacked on November 21, 2008 by the California bar. I am pushing for that to not be the case on May 15, 2009.

thats rude. very unlucky there. you will get it done in feb, you obviously know what you are doing now know that law perfectly.
